Family Rooms
Spacious enough for kids, a Family Room has either two queen beds or one king and two twin beds. Each Family Room also has a couch that unfolds to a queen-size sleeper (for use by children only, additional charges apply) for larger families. Family Rooms have a great view of the scenic surrounding area. Each room is equipped with cable television, VCR, telephone with voicemail, small refrigerator, and central-air. Rates: $125-205 nightly (varies by time of year)
Economy Family Room
Our Economy Family Room is a small, quaint, bed & breakfast style room which was created when we put a doorway between two of our smallest Economy Rooms, creating a hybrid Economy Room which can accomodate children. Located on the back of the building, this more economical room does not have a view of the water. The small main room has a queen size bed and small sitting area. A doorway leads to a second very small room with two twin beds. A door can be shut between these two small rooms, however the door does not lock. The room is equipped with cable television, VCR, telephone with voicemail, and central-air. Rates: $80-160 nightly (varies by time of year)
Poolside Rooms
Poolside Rooms are ideal for those hoping to soak up as much of the sun's rays as possible. Just steps from the pool and with a view of the river, these rooms have either one king or two twin beds. Poolside Rooms are also equipped with a queen-size pullout sofa sleeper (for use by children only, additional charges apply). Each room is equipped with cable television, VCR, telephone with voicemail, small refrigerator, and central-air. Rates: $70-185 nightly (varies by time of year)
Efficiency Suites
Efficiencies are spacious open bedrooms with kitchenettes. Each Efficiency has either one king bed or two queen beds. An optional roll-away cot can be provided upon request. Efficiencies also feature sundecks with patio tables & chairs just outside your door, great for people-watching! Each room is equipped with kitchenette, cable television, VCR, telephone with voicemail, and central-air. Rates: $85-185 nightly (varies by time of year)
Cottages & Apartments
One-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and cottages offer added living space with full kitchen, living room, and separate bedroom(s). Amenities vary, but all include cable television w/VCR, air-conditioning, kitchen equipped with dishes and utensils. Rates: $105-425 nightly (varies by time of year)
4-Bedroom Houses
Perfect for large or extended families, our four-bedroom houses offer the space needed to spread out for a longer stay. Amenities vary, but all houses include four bedrooms, large living room, dining area, full kitchen, multiple bathrooms, scenic views from deck or patio, cable television w/VCR, and air-conditioning. Rates: $199-500 nightly (varies by time of year)
