Waterfront Suites
Located on the west banks of the Kalamazoo River and overlooking the harbor, our waterfront suites are less than eight feet from the water's edge. These one-bedroom suites each have either a full, queen, or king size bed in the bedroom, with a separate living area and waterfront balcony providing a spectacular view of charming downtown Saugatuck just 75 yards across the river. The separate living room features cable television and VCR. Some waterfront suites have special features such as a fireplace in the living room, or 2-person Jacuzzi. Be sure to ask about this - not all units have these amenities. Please note that due to the close proximity to the water, for safety reasons we do not allow children in these suites. Rates: $115-275 nightly (varies by time of year)
Efficiency Suites
Efficiencies are spacious open bedrooms with kitchenettes. Each Efficiency has either one king bed or two queen beds. An optional roll-away cot can be provided upon request. Efficiencies also feature sundecks with patio tables & chairs just outside your door, great for people-watching! Each room is equipped with kitchenette, cable television, VCR, telephone with voicemail, and central-air. Rates: $85-185 nightly (varies by time of year)
Poolside Rooms
Poolside Rooms are ideal for those hoping to soak up as much of the sun's rays as possible. Just steps from the pool and with a view of the river, these rooms have either one king or two twin beds. Each room is equipped with cable television, VCR, telephone with voicemail, small refrigerator, and central-air. Rates: $70-185 nightly (varies by time of year)
View Rooms
Our contemporary View Rooms have scenic views of the surrounding area. See the sailboats go up the channel into the harbor, watch the activities below in the pool, or people-watch pedestrians as they head to the beach! View Rooms have either one queen or one king bed and cannot accomodate children. Each room is equipped with cable television, VCR, telephone with voicemail, and central-air. Rates: $70-200 nightly (varies by time of year)
Economy Rooms
Our Economy Rooms are small, quaint, bed & breakfast-style rooms. Located on the back of the building, these more economical rooms do not have a view of the water. Economy Rooms have either one queen or two twin beds and cannot accommodate children. Each room is equipped with cable television, VCR, telephone with voicemail, and central-air. Rates: $55-130 nightly (varies by time of year)
